This is one of my favorite smoothies that I love to enjoy during the warmer months. What you will need for this sweet treat?
1 and 1/2 cups of frozen Blueberries
1 Banana
2 Pitted Dates
1 Coconut
1 tablespoon of Flax Seed
If, using a Vitamix crack your coconut and pour its water into the blender
Next add your Flax followed by your Blueberries, Dates, and Banana. I always start my blending on mid then adjust depending on your blender. Once you are done, pour and enjoy.
